I've only seen Ikki Tousen, I thought it was ok . . . It's a bit better than Tenjho Tenge over-all but the first half of TT is much better.
I haven't seen Dragon Destiny but I've actaully heard good things about it.

The Fans over at ANN give Ikki Tousen a 5.9 . . . they liked Dragon Destiny better giving it a solid 6.3.
